Visa Information

Canada has a well-earned reputation for public safety, fair business practices, cultural diversity, and generous hospitality. As with any international travel, ICAP delegates will require a valid passport to visit Canada.

Prior to traveling to Canada for ICAP 2018 Congress, please review Citizenship and Immigration Canada's List of Countries Requiring a Visa for Entry to clarify your Visa requirements.

The Conference Organizers recommend that if required, you apply for a visa as soon as your attendance is confirmed, as visa requests can often take months to process. Please click here to check if you require a visa for Canada.

If you will be applying for a Visa to attend ICAP 2018, we provide an official invitation letter to support your application once we receive payment only.

Congress Venue

ICAP 2018 will take place at the Palais de congrès de Montréal. Click here to view a 3D floor plan of the venue.

Palais de congrès de Montréal

The Palais des congrès is one of North America’s most renowned convention and exhibition centres. Since 1983, the Palais in Montréal has welcomed more than 6,500 events in its accessible and innovative facilities.

In the heart of downtown Montréal and near historic and cultural areas such as Old Montréal, Chinatown and the arts and entertainment district, the Palais is right next to the action! More than 15,000 hotel rooms are located a short ten-minute walk away, including approximately 4,000 accessible by the underground pedestrian network. We’re also only 25 minutes away from Montréal-Trudeau airport.

The Palais is ASTM-APEX certified as a green convention site and through the Urban Agricultural Lab, they have a proven focus on sustainable development.
